Responsible AI

AI you can put your brand behind.

Synthetic media only works if people can trust it. We build UGCABC so the avatars are real performers who consented, every export is traceable, and a human signs off on every claim. Here's exactly how — and where we draw the line.

Our principles

Four commitments we don't bend.

We're an early-stage team building generative video, which means the standards we set now define the company we become. These are the ones we hold ourselves to.

Real people, real consent

Every avatar starts as a real performer who showed up, got paid, and signed off on AI-driven animation. No likeness enters our library without explicit, documented permission.

Transparent by default

We never hide that a video is AI-generated — from the platforms that host it or the people who watch it. Content Credentials (C2PA) in exports are on our roadmap.

Humans stay in the loop

You write the claims. You approve the script. The model assembles and animates, but a person is always accountable for what the ad actually says.

Boundaries we won't cross

No deepfakes of real, non-consenting people. No impersonation of public figures. No content that deceives, harms, or targets the vulnerable.

Consent & performer rights

Behind every avatar is a real person who said yes.

Our 1,600+ avatars aren't scraped, invented, or stitched together from the open web. Each one was captured in a studio session with a real performer who was paid for their time and signed a contract granting perpetual usage rights for AI-driven animation.

That consent is specific and documented — performers know their likeness will be animated by machine learning and used in advertising. It's the difference between synthetic media built on a handshake and synthetic media built on a model trained from people who never agreed to any of it.

What "signed usage rights" actually means

  • Captured, not scraped

Every avatar comes from a deliberate studio shoot — not images pulled from social media or the public internet.

  • Paid performers

The people who power our avatars were compensated for the session that created them.

  • Perpetual, informed consent

Performers explicitly agreed to AI-driven animation and commercial use — in writing.

  • No bait-and-switch

Avatars represent the performers who consented. We don't morph them into someone else.

No unauthorized likenesses

We don't make deepfakes of real people.

You cannot use UGCABC to recreate a specific real person — a celebrity, a politician, a competitor's founder, your ex — saying or doing something they never did. Our avatars are the only faces and voices the platform produces, and they exist precisely so that no one's likeness gets used without permission.

What we allow

Animating our consented avatars to deliver a script you wrote about your own product or service.

What we block

Cloning a real, identifiable person without their consent, or passing AI output off as a genuine, unscripted endorsement from a public figure.

Provenance & transparency

Every video is AI-generated, and we say so.

Every video UGCABC makes is AI-generated, and nothing on this site or in the product pretends otherwise. Where a platform asks for an AI-content disclosure at upload, make it — Meta, TikTok and YouTube all have a toggle for it, and we tell you so in the product.

We believe disclosure shouldn't depend on a caption someone might delete. Provenance baked into the media itself — C2PA Content Credentials — is how synthetic content stays honest as it spreads, and it is on our roadmap for exports. We never strip credentials from your uploads.

C2PA is the open standard backed by the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity.

Why baked-in provenance will matter

  • Detectable by platforms that read Content Credentials, once exports carry them.
  • Verifiable by viewers and journalists, not just guessable from context.
  • Tamper-evident — edits break the seal rather than hiding silently.
  • Preserved on uploads today — we don't quietly remove other people's provenance.
Human-in-the-loop

The model animates. You're accountable for the claims.

UGCABC doesn't invent product claims and broadcast them on its own. You write or approve the script before a single frame renders. The AI handles the avatar, the voice, and the edit — but the substance of the ad, the promises it makes, stays in human hands.

That matters everywhere, and it matters most in regulated niches — supplements, finance, health, anything where a careless claim is a legal problem. Because a person writes and signs off on the words, you keep the control (and the responsibility) that compliant advertising requires.

In short: we automate the production, not the accountability. Review every generated video before you publish it — and verify any claim about efficacy, ingredients, or pricing it makes.

Content policy

What we don't allow.

These uses are off-limits regardless of plan or intent. We enforce them, and we'll suspend accounts that try to route around them.

Deepfakes or impersonations of real, non-consenting individuals — including public figures and celebrities.
Sexually explicit material, or any depiction of minors.
Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence.
Scams, deceptive financial schemes, or fake endorsements.
Medical, legal, or financial claims presented as professional advice.
Election interference, political disinformation, or content designed to mislead voters.
Data & privacy

Your inputs are yours.

The product images, scripts, and assets you upload are used to generate your videos — not to train avatars for other people. We process what we need to deliver the output you asked for, and we keep provenance intact on anything you bring in.

For the full detail on what we collect, how long we keep it, and your rights, see our Privacy Policy.

The fine print, fully

This page is the spirit. The policy is the letter.

Our formal AI Content Policy spells out avatar likeness rules, restricted uses, provenance handling, and how to report abuse. If you find content that violates it, email privacy@ugcabc.com with the link and a brief description — we respond within 48 hours.
