Refunds
Last updated: October 2026
There is nothing to cancel
UGCABC is not a subscription. You buy a credit pack when you want one, we charge you once, and the credits land in your workspace. Nothing renews, no card is kept on file for future charges, and there is no plan to cancel or downgrade.
Full refund if you haven't used a credit
If you haven't used a single credit from a purchase, email info@ugcabc.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to every purchase, not only the first.
A purchase counts as used as soon as any credit is spent after it — on a preview, a video or an avatar, whether or not you keep the result. Free previews don't spend credits, and credits returned after a failed render count as unspent. Once a purchase has been used, it can no longer be refunded, in full or in part.
Purchases made on or before 10 October 2026 keep the guarantee they were sold with: a first purchase is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of the charge.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase. Credits are digital content delivered as soon as your payment settles, and every Buy button says so: by buying, you ask for immediate delivery and accept that the withdrawal right ends once the credits are delivered. The 7-day refund of an unused purchase above is ours and sits on top of the law. Nothing on this page limits a right that consumer law gives you.
How credits work
- Credits do not expire. They stay in your workspace until you spend them, however long that takes.
- Credits from every purchase add together. Buying a second pack tops up the same balance rather than replacing it.
- Credits are one balance. It pays for Product Ad (the Premium engine included), Instant Ad, Talking Head and Design my Avatar with any pack; Cinematic Ad comes with the Growth and Agency packs. You always see what an action costs before you confirm it.
- If a render fails on our side — a video-engine error, an S3 outage, anything not caused by bad input from you — the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You never pay for a failed render.
How a refund is paid
Refunds are issued for the full amount, back to the card used for the original payment, through the payment provider that processed it. Once we approve one it usually appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. The credits the purchase added are removed from your balance.
Chargebacks
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank. Almost every case is a simple billing misunderstanding we can resolve directly, and a filed chargeback usually results in your account being suspended pending the dispute.
How to reach us
