Partner Programme Terms

These terms govern the UGCABC partner programme (“the Programme”), operated by Next Stop Poland sp. z o.o.(“we”). By sharing your referral link you accept them. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, which continue to apply.

1. Joining

Every UGCABC account has a referral link, available in the partner portal at ugcabc.com/partners after signing in. There is no application and no minimum audience. We may decline or remove a participant whose promotion breaches section 6.

2. Attribution

A new workspace is attributed to you when its owner signs up within 60 days of visiting UGCABC through your link, provided the workspace is not already attributed to another participant. If a visitor used several participants’ links, the most recent link wins. Attribution is recorded at the first signed-in visit after sign-up and must occur within 30 days of the workspace being created. A workspace cannot be attributed to itself, and workspaces that existed before the click cannot be attributed.

3. Commission and tiers

There are two partner tiers. The tier is fixed at the moment your referral link is first issued and does not change afterwards.

• Founding Partner — the first 50 participants to receive a link. You earn 35% of the amount actually paid on every credit-pack purchase a referred workspace completes, for as long as the workspace remains attributed to you, with no time limit.
• Standard partner — every participant after the first 50. You earn 25% of the amount actually paid on every credit-pack purchase a referred workspace completes during the 12 months following its attribution.

The rate is copied onto each commission at the time the payment settles; later changes to the Programme do not alter commissions already earned. Free credits, promotional grants, refunds and chargebacks carry no commission. Amounts are calculated in the payment’s currency and rounded up to the cent.

4. Clearing and reversal

A commission clears 14 days after the payment it is based on. If that payment is refunded or charged back before the commission is paid out, the commission is reversed. A commission already paid out is not clawed back automatically; we may set it off against future commissions in cases of fraud or abuse.

5. Payout

Payouts are processed monthly once your cleared balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of $50.00, to the payout destination you enter in the partner portal. Available payout methods may vary by country; the portal lists the ones currently offered. Each payout is recorded against the commissions it covers, with the transfer reference, on that page. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive and for the accuracy of your payout details. Network or provider fees on receipt are borne by the recipient; we bear the sending fee. A transfer to an address you entered incorrectly cannot be recalled.

6. Promotion rules

• Describe UGCABC truthfully. Do not promise results, prices or features we do not offer.
• No paid search advertising on the UGCABC name or misspellings of it, and no domains that imitate ours.
• No coupon or deal-site listings that misrepresent the Programme as a discount code.
• No unsolicited bulk email or messaging, and no incentives that pay people to sign up.
• No self-referral: creating additional accounts to refer yourself, your company or your own clients’ workspaces that you administer.
• Disclose that you may earn a commission where the law or the platform you post on requires it.

A breach forfeits unpaid commissions and may end your participation.

7. Transparency

Your partner dashboard lists every attributed workspace (with the owner’s email partially masked), every commission with its state and clearing date, and every payout with its reference. We do not disclose referred customers’ full identities, and you agree not to attempt to identify or contact them through the Programme.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms, the rate or the Programme with 30 days’ notice by email or on this page. Commissions earned before a change are paid under the terms in force when they were earned. Either party may end participation at any time; cleared commissions remain payable, and already-attributed workspaces continue to earn under your tier’s terms unless participation was ended for breach.
