Acceptable Use Policy

What UGCABC is for
UGCABC exists to help brands, agencies and creators produce honest video advertising for the things they actually sell. Product ads. Demos. Testimonials that could pass as real UGC because the claims behind them are real. That's the intended use, and everything in this policy flows from it.
What you must not generate
You may not use UGCABC — or the avatars, voices, scripts, composited scenes or exports we produce with it — to create any of the following:
- Deepfakes or impersonations of real, non-consenting people. This includes celebrities, politicians, executives, employees, competitors, and anyone else whose likeness you don't have documented permission to depict.
- Sexually explicit content, nudity, or any content that sexualizes anyone.
- Any content involving minors — as the subject of an ad, in the audio, or in composited scenes. Zero-tolerance.
- Hate speech, harassment or threats against any group or individual, or content that incites violence.
- Deceptive claims — fabricated testimonials, unearned certifications, made-up study results, before/after transformations that didn't happen, or performance figures you can't substantiate on request.
- Medical, legal or financial advice presented as professional guidance, or treatment/cure claims for regulated conditions.
- Ads for illegal products or services — controlled substances outside a licensed context, weapons where prohibited, unregistered securities, gambling in jurisdictions where the audience can't legally participate.
- Election-related disinformation, voter suppression, or content designed to mislead voters about candidates, processes or dates.
- Phishing, scams, or malware promotion — including fake giveaways, fake customer service accounts, or ads directing users to credential-harvesting pages.
- Spam or automated abuse — running scripts, farming accounts, sharing credentials across organisations to evade limits, or reselling access to the Service.
Third-party platform rules still apply
If you run the videos as paid ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, or any other platform, those platforms' own advertising policies also apply. Where a platform requires an AI-content disclosure, you are responsible for making it at upload — UGCABC videos are AI-generated and must be declared as such where the platform asks; that doesn't exempt you from their content rules. If your ad violates their policy, they'll reject or remove it — that's between you and them.
Your responsibility for what you ship
You write the claims. You approve the script. You choose whether to publish the export. A person is always accountable for what an ad actually says once it's live — and that person is you, not the model that assembled it.
Enforcement
We investigate reports and clear violations. Typical progression is a warning with the specific item removed, then suspension of generation for repeat or serious issues, then account termination for egregious or continued abuse. For the “must not generate” categories above we may skip straight to suspension or termination without prior warning, and we may retain enough content to respond to legal requests.
Reporting a violation
If you've seen a UGCABC-generated ad that violates this policy, email privacy@ugcabc.com with a link (or a copy of the ad and where you saw it) and a short description of the issue. We respond to abuse reports faster than to general inquiries.
