What a cookie is on ugcabc.com
UGCABC sets cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, measure usage, diagnose errors, and measure our advertising. On every visit we load Google Tag Manager, which runs our marketing and measurement tags (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads and ad-platform pixels); those tags set their own cookies. Full context lives in our Privacy Policy; this page is the concrete inventory.

Cookie names are set by the vendors listed above and can change with vendor updates — this table reflects the last review on the “Last updated” date at the top of the page.
What we don't use
- No fingerprinting.
- No data brokerage — we don't sell lists of our users.
How to control cookies
The banner. The PostHog analytics cookie is set only after you press Accept on the cookie banner. Until then, and if you press Decline, PostHog runs without any cookie or stored identifier. The marketing tags load without an answer; Decline switches them off — Google Tag Manager then fires none of them (the choice is kept in your browser). You can at any time; the banner comes back and your new answer replaces the old one.
In your browser. Every modern browser lets you block or delete cookies for a specific site. Blocking cookies from ugcabc.com or from Clerk will sign you out and prevent sign-in.
Analytics opt-out. To disable analytics beyond browser controls, install PostHog's opt-out or block eu.i.posthog.com at the network level.
Marketing tags. To stop them, press Decline on the banner, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — with it set, ugcabc.com does not load Google Tag Manager at all — or block third-party cookies, or use your browser's tracking protection. The tags we run are Google Analytics and the TikTok pixel; the TikTok pixel receives your email address only as a one-way hash.
Do Not Track. We honour the DNT and Sec-GPC signals for analytics — when either is set, the PostHog client is initialised in opt-out mode automatically. Global Privacy Control also keeps Google Tag Manager from loading.
Third-party services and their own cookies
When you interact with checkout (Paytree, hosted on Stripe infrastructure), embedded documentation (Vercel), the support chat (Tawk.to), or a support link, those services may set their own cookies under their own privacy policies: Clerk · Stripe · PostHog · Sentry · Vercel · Google.
