Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using UGCABC (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Next Stop Poland sp. z o.o., Chmielna 98/17, 00-801 Warszawa, Poland (“we”, “us”), the company you contract with when you use it or buy credits.
2. Use of the Service
UGCABC lets you generate AI UGC video advertisements. You may use the output for paid social, organic, and on-site marketing. You may not use the Service to defame real people, generate sexually explicit content, depict minors, or impersonate identifiable individuals without permission.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for your credentials and any activity under your account. Use a strong password and notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
4. Credits and Payment
Credits are sold as one-off packs, charged once at the time of purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no stored card. Credits do not expire, and credits from separate purchases add to the same balance. Credits are not refundable once spent on a successful render; credits held for a render that fails on our side are returned automatically. Right of withdrawal. If you buy as a consumer in the EU or the UK, the law gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Credits are digital content delivered the moment your payment settles; by completing a purchase you expressly request that immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the credits are delivered. We say this next to every Buy button. Our 7-day money-back guarantee on a first purchase applies regardless.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide (product images, copy). UGCABC grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the generated videos for commercial purposes, including paid ads.
6. AI-generated Content
Outputs are AI-generated and may include artefacts or inaccuracies. You're responsible for reviewing each video before publishing. See our AI Policy.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. UGCABC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
There is no subscription to cancel — you can simply stop buying credits, and any balance stays in your workspace. You may ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section takes away protections you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
