AI Content Policy

What this is

UGCABC generates AI-driven video advertisements. The avatars, voices, scripts, and composited product scenes are produced or assisted by machine-learning models. This page summarises how we use AI and the guard-rails we apply.

Avatar likeness

Every avatar in our library was captured from a real performer in a studio session, with perpetual usage rights signed and explicit consent for AI-driven animation. Avatars cannot be used to impersonate any real, identifiable person without their consent.

Avatars you make

Design my Avatar draws a new person from your description, or from a photo of a face you add. A person drawn from a description is AI-generated, not a real person; do not describe a real, identifiable one. When you add a photo of a face — in the designer, or in Talking Head's “Upload a photo” and “Put me in a scene” — you confirm that it is you, or that the person in it has agreed to be made into an avatar and to speak in your ads. Avatars you make are listed only in your own workspace.

Provenance metadata

Every video UGCABC makes is AI-generated and we say so. Exports do not yet carry C2PA Content Credentials; adding them is on our roadmap. Until then, use each platform's AI-content disclosure at upload. We do not strip provenance from any user upload.

Restricted uses

• Deepfakes of real, non-consenting individuals (including public figures).
• Sexually explicit content or any depiction of minors.
• Hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence.
• Medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional opinion.
• Election interference or political disinformation.

Quality & accuracy

Output may contain artefacts, factual errors, or off-brand phrasing. Review each generated video before publishing. Where claims are made about a product (efficacy, ingredients, pricing), it is your responsibility to verify them.
